Refund policy

At Witty Prints, we are passionate about offering high-quality, stylish T-shirts that make a statement. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to ensure that your return or refund experience is as smooth as possible.

Returns

  • Return Window: We understand that sometimes a purchase just isn't quite right. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you're not happy with your T-shirt, simply let us know!
  • Condition of Returns: In order to be eligible for a return, your T-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or altered.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please send an email to iqwlhyvk@outlook.ph with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond promptly with instructions and help you through the process.

Refunds

  • After we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, if we sent you the wrong or a defective item).

Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like to exchange your T-shirt for a different size, design, or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at iqwlhyvk@outlook.ph. We will resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover any return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective. We recommend double-checking your customization details before finalizing your order to avoid any errors.
